A long and leisurely driving trip around the perimeter or Nova Scotia yielded many paintings for this series. Fishing boats, ocean surf, friendly towns on back roads were all a delight. But I was especially drawn to the practical and clean lines of the solitary homes, sheds and boathouses. So satisfying to the eye.
